You claimed you can hack this game and that you could hack me if you wanted to.
I really disagree with that so lets talk about this.
First of all you do not have any source code to work with. Even if you had the most you could do would be to find some buffer overflows.
Now to hack me you would have to crack my password. My password in this system is protected by 2048 bits RSA encryption. To give you an idea what it takes to break an RSA 1620 bit key, you would need a computer with 120 Terabytes of memory before you can even think about attempting it and the memory requirement virtually rules out massively distributed cracking methods.
Now as you can see cracking the passwd is simply put not possible for you. The last possibility would be a trojan. That is also impossible. This particular aacount does not have rights to install anything. Now in order to install you would have to crack the administrative account and that account is encrypted which means you can not crack it.
Just for the sake of discussion lets suppose it would be encrypted with lets say just 128 bit RC5 encryption. Let's also suppose that you write a virus that uses dreaded massively distributed cracking brute force method. Let's suppose you get 1 million computers infected with your virus. Now that entire army is unleashed on that little 128 bit RC5 encryption. Wait let's give you 4,3 billion computers to use in your attack. This means that it would be 4.3 billion or 2 to the 32 times faster than a single computer.
YOUR ARGUMENT WAS THAT I DONT REALISE HOW FAST COMPUTERS CALCULATE. Now I am going to reply to this by saying that you obviosly do not know a lot about encryption algorythms.
Anyway this means we could simply take 2 to the 128 combinations for 128-bit encryption and divide it by 2 to the 32 which means that 2 to the 96 bits are left. With 96 bits left, it?s still 4.3 billion times stronger than 64 bit encryption. 64 bit encryption happens to be the world record for the biggest RC5 bit key cracked in 2002 which took nearly 5 years to achieve for a massive distributed attack.
So 64 bit RC5 key was cracked in 2002 after 5 years of continuous massive distributed attack. Now the key we are using is 128 bit which is VERY LITTLE KEY. Now although it is little it is 4.3 billion times stronger than the 64 bit key which took 5 years to break with massive distriputed attack.
Now really Ray what excatly can you do with your SINGLE computer?
We are not even talking about relatively weak 128 bit RC5 encryption. We are talking about 2048 bit RSA encryption. Simply put Ray breaking the 2048 bit RSA encruption is not possible at the moment with current computer technology in any realistic mean whatsoever.
Now I am going to repeat what I said to you: You do not have resources or knowledge to hack me.
Also to hack this game you would have to be very familiar with Java. Since this is server sided game changing the client would do very little.
You are propably a guy who makes "hacks" for computer games. Well that is really not hacking at all. Making macros and scripts to computer games in order to cheat has nothing to do with hacking at all. In fact making macros and scripts has very little to do with any hacking. Basically that is kid's stuff. Also using programs and scripts made by other people such as backoffice by Cult of Dead Cow makes a person just a script kiddie not a hacker.
Hacking computer games is somewhat possible due to programmers not having to care about computer security when it comes to games. They are even not allowed to due to it delaying games too much. They do care to a degree but that's all. It is not easy but much easier than hacking actual systems.
Now to actually hack a game would mean you would have to gains right and access to spawn items etc. To just change some skins in your own client etc. is not hacking. Doing some scripts. macroes whatever in order to automate some actions is also not hacking. In order to really hack a game like mmoprg you would have to gain access to spawn items like I wrote etc. Usually those parts of the game are server sided and encrypted which means you Ray are not going to hack that.
Now I suppose you and other script kiddies are even having troubles with cheating on multiplayer games with scripts and macros due to game companies staring to use simple algorythms to detect all your scripts and macros.

You have quite a knoledge about computers daisy I guess that's Ray told He normally jokes on about hacking people ect. though so I wouldn't take it too personally.

Ray is cool and all but I do not take threaths about hacking my computer lightly. That is major federal offence after all. I am serious with this and almost reported what he said to the University computer center here. They do check things like this. There are just too many kids running around acting all gansta hackers when in reality they are just wanna be's. I hear stuff like "I'll hack your computer." thrown out way too ofthen and way too lightly.
Here is a story that has nothing to do with me: There was this guy who thought he is tough elite hacker and all. He got into argument with a guy in internet and threthened to hack his computer/account. Well the other guy said whatever and so this hacker person decided to really fuck him for good and went and tried to hack his computer/account. Now the computer the idiot tried to hack into was goverment property and maintained by university computer center. So what happened that his attack was locked, he was tracked by university computer admin staff (despite his IP routing) and tipped to FBI. Now the next day FBI paid a visit to him, took his computer and charged him with federal offence. In other words the guy got in major trouble.
I myself have a policy: you threathen me in any serious way whatsoever I do something about it. I do not just sit and wait to see if teh threath is carried over.
I need this computer for serious work. If some idiot threathens me he threathen my livelyhood and if my livelyhood get's threathen I do something about it which means I'll report the threath to authorities and autohorities are VERY interested in nailing hackers.

Ray I'll repeat this for you I am really getting pissed off you not realising how serious of a threath you threw to me:
If some idiot threathens me he threathen my livelyhood and if my livelyhood get's threathen I do something about it which means I'll report the threath to authorities and autohorities are VERY interested in nailing hackers.
I do not care if you are my friend or just a guy I like. If you threathen my family, relatives, me or my livelyhood I won't just sit and watch if you will carry your threath. Do not throw idle threaths and do not throw serious threaths as a joke. Those get checked in.
As a bonus this University get's it's share of attacks daily and the staff on the computer center are extremely pissed and REALLY want blood bad so they do go after even plain threaths.
plus
I personally get extremely pissed off by kids and an idiot throwing out serious threats out of blue like it?s nothing. FUCK WITH THAT SHIT. Be that lame and behave THAT APALLINGLY and I will do everything in my power to get the person in serious trouble for that. FUCK WITH THAT SHIT. Be that lame and behave THAT APALLINGLY and I will do everying in my power to get the person in serious trouble for that.

Ok here is my reply:
I suppose you mean MMORPG's so this reply has to do with those.
It ofcource comptely depends on macro script in question but lets suppose you do autominer or something similar in a mmorpg.
Well just some changes to the display of its software to account for things which track clicks and try to replicate them to be things like autominers, etc.
and then there has been a change in code so that the mmorpg screen drifts slightly every once in a while and just small amount of pixels but enough to screw up autoclicker macros/scripts such as autominers.

Now just for the record:
Yes I took some cources in computer security as I wanted to make it my minor. Now we had to also do some practical excersises.
It did not work out. That stuff got WAY complicated and WAY high math real fast and I decided to drop it. Too much trouble for just a minor. What this means in practical terms is that I remember some of the theoretical side of things but can not do a thing in reality.
This just for the record and to say I am not some l33t hacker or even wanna be aka. script kiddie.

"Nah.. that's wrong. "
And how about you enlighten us which part excatly is wrong.
How about you know shit yourself.
Simply put brute force methods do not work on current algorythms unless you have quantum computer but I doubt you have that.

ok im bored waiting. post or pm me ill read it tommorow... if you are gonna? if not say no lol..
i do realise the threat, trust me on that at least. but you gotta realise how you SERIOUSLY need to calm down. it's not like i was seriously threatening you and you know it. if your uni is so interested in nailing hackers, maybe they should spend time on people who have been hacked and not 14 year old teens behind their computers?? anyway, i don't think you will report it because truthfully u no i havent done shit, basically.

Ray you "hack" this game or threaten anyone with "hacking" again and you will be banned no questions asked.
This isn't the place to discuss such things and especially isn't the place to ask how to do it etc.
Consider this a warning man joking or not.
