What is ADA Compliance? American with Disabilities Act (ADA) was introduced in 1990, which protected disabled people from discrimination in various areas of life, such as local government, public places, employment, transportation, and medical care. A simple example of ADA is special parking for disabled people in public spaces. In 2010, the US Department of Justice enacted a clause (stated below) in Title III of the act that ADA standards would also apply to the internet. |
