Companies throw money at their public branding strategies every year. In the internet age where one Twitter comment or one Google review can tank an entire project it is imperative that a business puts its best foot forward. In comparison nowhere near as much time and energy is spent on good internal branding. Your employees are your connection to your customers, and if they aren’t tuned into the external branding then the chain is broken, and you have a disconnect in your business.
