everytime i download OB, i get a message saying, "boxing.exe has encountered a problem" and it asks me whether or not to send the error report to microsoft, what do i do if i want to download it??

it still says the same message that there is an error that boxing.exe cannot download, i dont know if it just isnt compatible with this comp or if it the program is messed up or what
